These Terms govern your use of Pitch Party. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, browsing, RSVP-ing, hosting, or otherwise using Pitch Party, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Pitch Party Does
Pitch Party helps fans discover watch parties, places, matches, RSVPs, attendees, and related event information. Event details may be provided by places, hosts, users, data providers, or public sources. We try to keep information useful, but schedules, availability, prices, age limits, capacity, and place policies can change.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and use the app lawfully. Pitch Party is not intended for children under 13. If a place or event has a higher age requirement, you must follow that requirement.
4. Location and Discovery
The app may use your location, selected city, or map area to show nearby events. Location-based results are approximate and should not be relied on for safety, travel, or emergency purposes.
5. RSVPs, Attendance, and Safety
An RSVP does not guarantee admission, seating, capacity, pricing, food or drink availability, or entry into a place. You are responsible for your own transportation, conduct, purchases, and safety. Follow place rules, local laws, and staff instructions. Do not attend an event if doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
6. Hosts and Places
Hosts and places are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, offers, hours, photos, capacity, and event rules. Hosts must have the right to list the place or event information they submit. Pitch Party may edit, hide, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
7. User Content and Conduct
You may not post, upload, or submit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, explicit, spammy, or otherwise harmful. You grant Pitch Party permission to use content you submit, such as place details, photos, event notes, and profile information, to operate, promote, improve, and display the service.
8. Third Parties
The service may rely on third-party platforms such as authentication providers, maps, analytics, hosting, app stores, and place or match data sources. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Pitch Party is not responsible for third-party products, services, places, or websites.
9. Intellectual Property
Pitch Party, its branding, design, software, and original content belong to Pitch Party or its licensors. Sports teams, leagues, tournaments, places, app stores, and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. Pitch Party is not affiliated with FIFA, Apple, Google, or any team, league, place, or tournament unless we clearly say so.
10. Privacy
Your use of Pitch Party also involves our handling of account, profile, RSVP, location, device, and usage information as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact [email protected].
11. Changes and Availability
We may update the app, features, event data, supported cities, these Terms, or the availability of the service at any time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Disclaimers
Pitch Party is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available in every location. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pitch Party will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, place disputes, event cancellations, travel issues, or user conduct related to use of the service.
14. App Stores
If you download the app through Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply. The app stores are not responsible for Pitch Party event information, support, claims, or user-generated content except as required by their own terms.
